Parents, staff and GMB launch campaign to save nurseries from ‘outrageous’ privatisation plans

EARLY years workers, parents and the GMB union have launched a campaign to save nurseries in Barnsley from privatisation.
The union warned today that there are just three weeks to prevent Barnsley council’s plan to transfer control of the nurseries to private operators.
