MSP Mark Mcdonald suspended from Holyrood for a month

MSP Mark McDonald, who admitted behaving inappropriately towards women, is set to be suspended from Holyrood for a month.
The Scottish Parliament’s standards committee announced the proposed sanction yesterday after saying it agreed with the Scottish standards commissioner’s finding that Mr McDonald breached the code of conduct for MSPs.
The commissioner had said Mr McDonald failed to treat one woman with respect by actions including sexual harassment and he also failed to treat a second witness with respect "in relation to a financial matter."
