Most transport workers 'have been abused at work'
MOST transport workers have been victims of verbal abuse or violence in their jobs, a new study has revealed.
Transport union RMT carried out research showing that three out of four rail, bus and other transport workers have experienced abuse or violence.
And one in four transport workers had been physically assaulted in the past year, the research indicated.
