At least three Haitian soldiers killed in clashes with militia

AT LEAST three Haitian soldiers have been killed in an apparent militia ambush on the outskirts of the capital Port-au-Prince.

The area of Kenscoff has come under heavy fire in recent days as Haitian security forces have warred with a gang coalition known as Viv Ansanm.

Sunday’s ambush was just the latest explosion of violence as Haitian authorities and foreign forces continue to struggle against the militia warfare plaguing the Caribbean nation.
