Jury refuses to convict those present of a single offence for Israeli weapons factory raid
DISMISSED: Madeleine Norman, Hannah Davidson, Teuta Hoxha, Ola Alexandra Herbich, Ian Sanders, William Plastow and Yulia Brigadirova were facing charges, including for criminal damage and violent disorder

A JURY refused to convict eight of the Filton 25 today after more than 38 hours of deliberation.

Madeleine Norman, Hannah Davidson, Teuta Hoxha, Ola Alexandra Herbich, Ian Sanders, William Plastow and Yulia Brigadirova were facing charges, including for criminal damage and violent disorder.

The judge also dismissed the charge of violent disorder against William Plastow during the trial.

Eight of the Filton 25 started their trial on June 15 at the Old Bailey, each facing criminal damage and violent disorder.

They had been formally acquitted of aggravated burglary, after six of their co-defendants were acquitted of the charge in February.

Each defendant was accused of assisting or encouraging the action at Elbit Systems’ Filton weapons factory in August 2026.

Four of their co-defendants, Samuel Corner, Leona Kamio, Charlotte Head and Fatema Zainab Rajwani, were sentenced as terrorists on the basis of criminal damage convictions.
