PALESTINE: Jabal al-Mukaber (Al-Ram) lost 1-0 to Hilal al-Quds (Jerusalem) but still top the West Bank league, a point ahead of Shabab al-Khaleel, who won 2-1 at Shabab Alsamu in the Hebron derby.
Bottom club Shabab al-Khader (Bethlehem) grabbed only their second point after drawing 2-2 at Ahli al-Khaleel (Hebron), while Al-Birah Institution won 2-0 at Shabab al-Dhahiriya.
Thaqafi Tulkarem drew 0-0 with Shabab Dora (Hebron) and Markz Balata (Nablus) thumped Taraji Wadi al-Nes 4-0.
