'Failing Grayling' must resign, says Congress
Transport Secretary Chris Grayling

“FAILING” Chris Grayling should be forced to resign, TUC Congress declared today.

It threw its weight behind calls from rail unions for the Transport Secretary to go after it heard a charge sheet of his blunders in public office.

These include forcing rail privateers to axe guards, the third failure of a private operator running the East Coast main line and a pay cap on workers, rail union RMT said.
