FA lambasts Burnley fans for booing Bong
Gaetan Bong accused a former Burnley player of racially abusing him in January, which the FA ruled against
Brighton’s Gaetan Bong

THE Football Association blasted Burnley fans today for booing Brighton’s Gaetan Bong during Saturday's Premier League game at Turf Moor.

Bong had accused former Burnley player Jay Rodriguez, who is now with West Brom, of racially abusing him during a match in January.

That charge was found not proven but the FA said it was “completely satisfied” the complaint was “made in absolute good faith.”
