AFC UNITY have agreed a deal with Sheffield’s S2 Foodbank as they continue their Football for Food campaign.
The campaign was initially launched in 2015 and has so far collected 908kg of food which has been distributed to local foodbanks.
AFC Unity, an award-winning socially progressive, independent women's football club which utilises the sport for positive social change and remaining linked to – and active in – the local community, kick off their season next weekend where the first Football for Food collection will take place.
