DAVID CAMERON pimped himself out to big business backers at the Tories’ secretive Black and White ball fund-raiser on Monday night. 

Super-rich Tory supporters who paid £15,000 a pop were guaranteed to be seated on a table with the Prime Minister or one of his Cabinet ministers. 

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt, Education Secretary Nicky Morgan, Justice Secretary Michael Gove and Business Secretary Sajid Javid all took a break from running the country to schmooze with donors.
