Council to name more estates up for demolition

A NORTH London council is set to announce today which homes it will demolish next during an event promoting the area’s “regeneration.”

Campaigners will protest outside the the council’s Tottenham Conference, where council officials and developers are promoting the council’s corporate plan.

Council tenant Paul Burnham said that further plans to sell council flats had left remaining stock unaffordable as prices go up and even double for new builds.
