Racers up to plenty of Shenanigans at Kempton today, especially Mazzini
Kempton Park

A REALLY good mix of competitive flat racing on the sand and national hunt racing this afternoon and the feature event at Kempton Park, the feature Snowdrop Fillies’ Stakes at 3.15 could go the way of SHENANIGANS trained by Roger Varian.

The selection only had a very light campaign last year, making a belated three-year-old debut in class three mile handicap at Newmarket in September, readily beating four rivals, before improving on that run when second to the smart Peach Melba off a 4lbs higher mark a fortnight later.

The daughter of Arcano obviously goes well when fresh and gets the nod over the six-year-old Smart Call and one of the relative outsiders Paco’s Angel.
