OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER joined the legendary Sir Matt Busby as the only two Manchester United managers to win their first four games thanks to this triumph on Tyneside last night.

Substitute Romelu Lukaku broke the deadlock with his first touch on 64 minutes before Marcus Rashford doubled their lead 10 minutes from time.

Newcastle had a game plan and executed it quite well, with Christian Atsu particularly prominent on the counterattack, but the strength in depth of the visitors proved the difference in the end.
