COLFC fall in close contest

AS STORM Bella began to arrive on the Sefton Coast, City of Liverpool FC welcomed neighbours Marine for a Boxing Day fixture in front of 400 fans.

A win for COLFC would have taken them above the visitors as both look to move from the middle to the upper reaches of the Northern Premier League Division One North West

Marine made the short trip from Crosby to Bootle with the wind behind them, but those considerable gusts were against them in the first half.
