HUNDREDS of workers fighting pay cuts at Bosch Rexroth have announced a 12-week strike.

The Bosch subsidiary has seen its post-tax profits grow by more than 28 per cent since 2022 to £12.4 million, while its highest-paid director has received a whopping 63 per cent pay boost to £313,000 over the same period.

But engineers at its Glenrothes plant have been offered a mere 1.25 per cent increase in pay.
