Lampard appointed as new Coventry head coach

COVENTRY announced Frank Lampard as their new head coach today on a two-and-a-half-year contract.

The 46-year-old will take charge of the Sky Blues for the first time tomorrow when his new side face Cardiff at the Coventry Arena.

Lampard will be joined by coaches Joe Edwards and Chris Jones.
