ON THE announcement of Katherine Soper’s play Wish List winning the prestigious Bruntwood Prize, theatre director Nicholas Hytner declared it to be a play of eloquence, quiet craft, dignity and compassion.
That’s an accurate summation of what is a truly wonderful piece and Matthew Xia’s production is more than worthy of Soper’s excellent script.
