AS A film title, Elvis & Me encapsulates almost everything the US holds most dear.
In it, showbusiness takes pole position, with rock icon Elvis Presley taking top billing over one of that country’s most humiliated presidents in this sharp, enjoyable satirical comedy which, perhaps surprisingly for Hollywood, is based on real life.
