Things have lined up perfectly for a great day at Glorious Goodwood

WITH the ground drying out all the time we should have perfect racing conditions for the final day of the Glorious Goodwood meeting where the big betting race of the week, the Steward’s Cup is set to be run at 3.40.
You could easily select half a dozen entries in this six-furlong cavalry charge and not get a single one of them hitting the frame, especially as this year’s race has plenty of strength in depth in it.
But I think that the value lies with the Kevin Ryan-trained BIELSA who has suddenly found his form this year and with no guaranteed sting in the ground looks the outstanding value in the race dropping back down to six furlongs after failing to see out seven last time out.
