Final day at York should be a corker

ANOTHER huge day of racing up and down the country with the final day of the York Ebor meeting being the centre of attention.

The big race itself, the Sky Bet York Ebor Handicap due off at 3.40, looks a cracking renewal and as the prize money goes up so does the strength in depth of the field.

I have long been of the opinion that Withhold is a Group One stayer and had it not been for the fact that Roger Charlton has found him hard to keep sound then he would have won at the top table by now. However, I just feel that two miles brings out the best in him and there could well be a few in this line-up that are simply too quick for him.
