Palestine's ambassador to Britain addresses the TUC Black Workers Conference
Ambassador Husam Zomlot, Head of Palestinian Mission to the UK, speaking at Conway Hall in London, February 11, 2019

PALESTINIANS refuse to be invisible, said the beseiged nation’s ambassador to Britain, Husam Said Zomlot, at the opening session of TUC Black Workers’ Conference in London on Friday.

Speaking ahead of three emergency motions on the latest developments in Gaza, the ambassador said each one “truly reflects our values.”

He called for an end to Israel’s blockade, its gross violations of international law, the expulsion of Palestinians from their land and attacks on the right to protest.
