Tory MP's housekeeper says she was ‘treated like a slave’ and had wages withheld
Tory MP Jonathan Djanogly

LABOUR has called on Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to take action against a Tory MP in response to reports that his housekeeper was “treated like a slave.”

Two women who worked for former justice minister Jonathan Djanogly and his wife Rebecca Silk successively won two court battles after their wages were withheld, according to the Mirror.

They worked at the MP’s £7 million west London home after answering Gumtree ads for a £20,000-a-year housekeeper.
