Arsenal fans are treated to a pantomime type game at Ashburton Grove as Gunners down Huddersfield Town

It’s truly pantomime season given the theatrics in Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Huddersfield yesterday afternoon.
There was the villain of the piece, played by referee Paul Tierney, Lucas Torreira cast in the role of hero for the Gunners with his winner in the 83rd minute and enough players falling over from both sides to keep those in attendance booing and hissing throughout.
Instead of your usual “oh yes he did/no he didn’t” chant, Arsenal supporters opted for the infamous “the referee’s a wanker” rendition which will be heard in football stadiums up and down the country this festive season.
