MEMBERS of the App Drivers and Couriers Union (ADCU) picketed a “greenwashing” Uber PR event at the Bafta offices in London today to highlight workers’ ongoing legal battle against the company.

The event on sustainability highlighted the company’s claims that it was making it easier for riders to live a “low-emissions lifestyle.”

But ADCU called it “greenwashing” and a distraction from Uber’s “continued brutal exploitation of workers.”
