Hat-trick hero expects tougher test in Stara Pazova tonight
Despite England barely having to break a sweat during the 7-0 demolition of Serbia, Karen Carney still expects a tough game tonight in Stara Pazova.
Carney was in clinical form on Saturday, grabbing a hat-trick, yet believes that England’s opponents will be more like the ones they faced back in 2011 when they came from two goals down at half-time to draw 2-2.
Carney said: “I think it’ll be difficult. I remember playing in Serbia a few years ago and we were 2-0 up and drew 2-2.
