WORKERS at a Ministry of Defence (MoD) agency are being balloted on industrial action following the imposition of a pay settlement.

Prospect members at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) said the employer had failed to meet the union’s claim.

Under the imposed pay settlement, the majority of DE&S employees will receive a consolidated increase of 3.25 per cent or less.
