PAKISTAN: The Supreme Court found today that the party of imprisoned former prime minister Imran Khan has been improperly denied at least 20 reserved seats in parliament.
The ruling was hailed by Mr Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party, which had been excluded from a system that gives parties extra seats reserved for women and minorities in the National Assembly.
