High Court throws out Tommy Robinson's bid to challenge his segregation in prison
Tommy Robinson, October 25, 2024

FAR-RIGHT provocateur Tommy Robinson’s bid to challenge the government over his segregation in prison was thrown out of the High Court today.

Mr Justice Chamberlain said his case was not arguable, not was it accurate to refer to his segregation as solitary confinement.

Mr Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is serving an 18-month prison sentence for the civil offence of contempt of court after breaching an injunction.
