SCOTT ALSWORTH hears the call to burn down and rebuild the video game industry from the bottom up
Universals
by Steven Taylor
Israelis were murdered
Palestinians (if there is such a thing)
Lost their lives, like coins
Down the back of the sofa
Or left, inadvertently, on the bartop
After they’d been drinking
And yet insisted on driving
To the hospital to visit their relatives
Who were known to be terrorists
Sir Keir recognises these differences
That’s why he was a lawyer
Specialising in human rights

ANGUS REID recommends an exquisite drama about the disturbing impact of the one child policy in contemporary China
