Scotland warned ‘stakes could not be higher’ to kick Tories out

SCOTTISH Labour leader Anas Sarwar has warned that the “stakes could not be higher” and appealed to voters to kick the Tories out of government in the general election on Thursday.
Mr Sarwar made his appeal to voters with two days to go before ballot boxes open.
“A Labour government will deliver the change that Scotland needs by cutting bills, boosting pay, tackling insecure work, creating jobs, renewing public services and delivering economic growth — but change only happens if you vote for it,” he said.
