PALESTINE ACTION activists sprayed red paint on the offices of an Israeli arms lobbyist today.
The activists targeted APCO Worldwide in London, which provides consultant lobbying services for Israel’s biggest weapons firm, Elbit Systems.
Commenting on X, the activists said that “politicians including ‘Lord’ Polak are paid by Elbit Systems via the lobby group APCO to influence British politics in favour of Israel’s weapons industry.”
The activists sprayed red paint on the premises using repurposed fire extinguishers.
Three protesters then attached themselves to each other using a lock-on device.
They locked the firm’s front door using a D-lock and also unfurled a banner reading “Stop lobbying for Genocide. APCO Drop Elbit,” before police arrived on the scene.
Currently 16 activists linked to Palestine Action have been imprisoned for taking action against firms alleged to be fuelling mass atrocities in Gaza.
Five have been handed custodial sentences and 11 are held on remand.
