Nottingham Forest fined £750,000 over social media post about VAR
Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo applauds the fans after the final whistle of the Premier League match at Stamford Bridge, London, October 6, 2024

NOTTINGHAM FOREST have been fined £750,000 and warned over their future conduct after posting comments about VAR Stuart Attwell on social media in April.

The club had denied that the comments brought the game into disrepute by implying bias and/or questioning the integrity of match officials.

An independent regulatory commission found the FA charge proven.
