CIVIL servants are at risk of being found liable for crimes committed by the Israeli state, legal experts have warned.
The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) has demanded an urgent meeting with Cabinet Secretary Cat Little to seek reassurances its members will not be placed in this situation.
