POLICE officers have arrested one of the FBI’s most wanted terrorist suspects in North Wales, after 20 years on the run.

Daniel Andreas San Diego, aged 46, joined the agency’s “most wanted fugitives” list after two bombings in the San Francisco area of California in 2003.

Mr San Diego was detained by officers from the National Crime Agency, supported by Counter Terrorism Policing and North Wales Police, at a property next to woodland in Conwy earlier this week.
